Why is it that whenever the UN sends "peacekeepers" who aren't part of NATO forces, you hear about child sex camps, pedophilia, rape, drug running, and all manner of illegal activities?

It's just another sad commentary on society/civilization. I just keep thinking, what would George Carlin think about this? Then I usually laugh it off.
