I swear Vincente Fox has pictures of George W. Bush fornicating with a sheep. It's the only possible explanation I can think of for the administration's continuing bizarre behavior towards Mexico.
Seriously though, Condi Rice has forgotten more about foreign policy than everybody else in Washington has ever known. If she's signing on to this insanity, there's a good reason for it. Obviously they're making a political trade-off at a very high and very secret level for something. I just hope it's worth jeopardizing our national security.
