Taliban are now the victims?

Since when are Taliban soldiers victims? When CNN says so! However, in today’s society we are all victims. That is right, if you feel like robbing a bank go ahead, then just blame it on your childhood. My daddy spanked me yada yada..... My mommy made me eat my brussels sprouts. Oh poor me! However, try to explain that to Bubba your cell mate, not sure he would understand or better yet really care!
