Wino's grow a backbone

French President Jacques Chirac has said France would be ready to use nuclear weapons against any state which launched a terrorist attack against it. According to the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists this attack could also be preventively against rogue states with WMD’s.

The French attacking anybody is laughable by itself, let alone a preventive attack, wonder how much debate it would take before the would push the button? Would they go at it alone, or would the require the help from the good ole US of A once again? Bets anyone?
