Kofi, "I am in charge here!"

According to this Washington Post article Kofi warned President Bush not to escalate tensions over Iran nuke program. And I quote "We need to be able to resolve it" Yeah; let's just think here for a moment, the UN has been powerless to do anything about the violence fomented against Israel by Palestine and other Middle Eastern nations. Dealing with the cabal of international Islamist terror is completely beyond the UN’s capability. A large bloc of Islamic nations is aligned against any definitive action. So Kofi just how will you resolve it?
