As an Oregonian I question the results of this test. Just one question was the test giving in Spanish? In addition, there was a segment on the evening news in Portland in which it was stated that foreigners were more likely to be involved in an accident. Along with this segment was the classic ask the person on the street why this would be true, so they asked a Hispanic person and just guess what his answer was, that is correct, they could not read the signs! Go figure.
